Divisions

  1. Organizes metrics on the company dashboard page.
  2. Allows customization of rate confirmation contact info by division.
  3. Adds filter criteria by division for certain reports.

Teams

Users assigned to a team will automatically receive a a Team Dashboard in their navigation bar. This dashboard shows metrics across all members of the team.

When users of a team also have the user permission "Broker - Team Only" , those members will only be able to access load or customer profiles that are associated with a member of the team. The entire carrier network will be accessible.
