Admin level users have the ability to activate this setting on their Settings > Settings & Documents page.
Once this setting is enabled, users cannot assign a carrier to a load unless workers compensation details are entered in the insurance card of the carrier profile or the checkbox confirming a hold harmless agreement is selected. If a hold harmless document type is uploaded to the carrier profile, the checkbox will be automatically checked.
