What will the Recipient Receive?

The recipient will receive two text messages: the first message provides essential information about the load, while the second message includes a link to access tracking details. When the recipient clicks on the link, their mobile device's web browser will open an internal EZ Loader webpage that retrieves the location information. Please refer to the screenshot below for clarification:

How does the tracking link work?

When the recipient clicks the link in the text message, their mobile browser may prompt them with a message asking to "Allow" access for location tracking. It is essential for the user to select "Allow" for the tracking feature to function properly. If the user chooses "Block," or if their device settings prevent tracking from being enabled within the mobile browser, the tracking request will not be successful.

Upon submission of a successful tracking update, the internal webpage on the recipient's mobile device will show a "Successful" tracking result, as illustrated below.

When an unsuccessful track is received due to the recipient's device location tracking settings, the internal webpage will display a "User denied the request for Geolocation" message as seen below.

**Important:** EZ Loader cannot send notifications to the user if the recipient's device denies the tracking request.

Tracking Email Notification

An email notification will be sent to the EZ Loader User who initiated the tracking request once the driver clicks the link and updates their location.
